Carmine and Carminic acid are the most reliable natural coloring obtained from the cochineal. It is obtained as a liquid and powder form. Our carmines are soluble in water, alcohol and dispersible in oil, with several shades of red, yellow and blue. The carminic acid is water soluble at high concentration, obtaining products resistant to the acid pH.
