SPRAY DEHYDRATION

The dehydration process is utilized to extend the product shelf life, facilitating its transportation and storage, preserving the product physical and chemical properties.
We mainly dehydrate egg products, natural extracts, natural colorings, fruit extracts, and vegetables, among others. We are pioneers in obtaining heme iron powder (of animal origin) which contains a high content of protein and iron.
Our infrastructure enables the storage and refrigeration of products prior to being processed.
