These natural colorings are of plant origins and are rich in antioxidants. The anthocyanins come mainly from the black carrot, red cabbage, purple sweet potato and purple corn; the betalaine of beet. It is
obtained as a liquid and powder form with 100% aqueous and purified manufacturing processes.
Our colorings are soluble in water, alcohol and are produced in shades of red and violet. Through the production of our own crops we ensure the quality of raw material utilized.
